Old coconuts eventually fall from the tree on their own. Our young green coconuts, on the other hand, are only allowed to ripen on the palm tree until they have reached the best taste and the highest nutrient content. Exactly then they are harvested and sorted by hand with great effort.

Where can I buy MONO Coconut Water?
How is the outstanding raw food quality achieved?
Our Raw Coconut Water is not heat pasteurized like conventional coconut water or mixed with artificial preservatives. Directly after hand-harvesting in Thailand, the nuts are opened and the raw coconut water is immediately filled into bottles. By avoiding heat pasteurization, all valuable antioxidants, nutrients and the authentic taste are preserved.
Why does MONO Coconut Water turn pink after some time?
Only raw, 100% natural coconut water is still full of beneficial antioxidants, enzymes and vitamins.
In interaction with light and temperature, the coconut water matures and turns pink. The color change is therefore a unique quality feature and the sign of maximum freshness and vitality.
Nature proves its sense of humor here. Sometimes the color change happens earlier and sometimes later. Whether white or pink. There is no way to drink fresher coconut water from a bottle.

Why does MONO Coconut Water need to be stored refrigerated?
MONO 100% Raw Coconut Water is not a normal, heat-pasteurized coconut water from old coconuts. We only use young, green and hand-harvested coconuts, which are filled directly into bottles after harvest and then frozen. Since we don't boil the water through heat pasteurization, it retains its raw food quality and thus its vitality. It's alive! For this reason, it must be stored refrigerated!
Are sugar or other additives added to MONO Coconut Water?
No! Our Coconut Water consists of 100% pure coconut water from young, green Thai coconuts. No additives, no sugar, no preservatives and no flavors are added. We keep it real!
