Shipping policy
We reliably deliver your order from Tuesday to Friday directly to your home.
If you order by 12 PM the day before, you will receive your fresh products the next day.
So if you order on Monday before 12 PM, your package will arrive on Tuesday during the day.
Please note that deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Monday are currently not possible.
Your order will be safely shipped with Swiss Post. Shipping costs are CHF 6.50 for order values up to CHF 64.–. From an order value of CHF 64.– we offer free shipping – your delivery comes to you with no shipping costs!
The place of performance is at the handover to Swiss Post. From this point on, the transport risk passes to you.
To keep the quality of your products perfect, please store your delivery in the refrigerator on the same day after receipt.
Only this way can we guarantee that the freshness and quality are perfectly preserved and the expiration date retains its full validity.
Should you forget to refrigerate your delivery after receipt, or if there is a delay by the post office, please contact us – we will find a solution together and check whether the quality of your products is still guaranteed.
