Refund policy

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Food Products

Our functional beverages and shots are perishable food products.
There is no legal right of withdrawal or return for such products.
All sales are final after shipment.
(Note: This also applies under EEA law for quickly perishable goods.)

2. Quality Guarantee & Defect Notification

We stand behind the quality of our products.
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

• Report transport damage, incorrect deliveries or quality defects within 24 hours by email to hello@gripenshot.ch.
• Please include order number, description and photos (packaging, product, label, shipping label, best-before date, and lot number).
• Keep affected products refrigerated until the matter is resolved.

After review, we will offer replacement, credit or refund depending on the case.
Returns are only made after prior agreement.

3. Storage After Receipt

Our products are shipped unrefrigerated.
Please refrigerate products immediately upon receipt and store at a maximum of 5 °C.
Responsibility for proper storage and maintaining the cold chain lies with you from the moment of delivery.
We accept no liability for quality loss or spoilage resulting from improper storage or delayed refrigeration.

4. Transfer of Risk

Private customers (B2C): Benefits and risk transfer to you only upon delivery.
Business customers (B2B): Benefits and risk transfer upon handover to the transport service provider.

5. Exceptions – Non-Food Items

For non-perishable items (e.g. merchandise or accessories), we voluntarily grant a 14-day return right, provided:
• the goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging,
• the return is announced in advance by email and
• return shipping is at your own cost and risk.
After receipt and inspection of goods, we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
